Hey, I’m Dannie, the colour-chasing, laughter-loving heart behind Blotted Ink Photography.
I’m not just here to photograph your day — I’m here to help you live it fully and remember it vividly.

My obsession with photography began with a fascination for storytelling — for those moments that unfold when people are truly themselves.
I’ve always been drawn to energy, authenticity, and emotion; the kind of images that tell you who someone is, not just what they looked like that day.

As a mum, a creative, and someone who’s seen the beauty and chaos of love in all its forms, I understand how important it is to feel safe in front of the camera. My job isn’t to pose you perfectly — it’s to help you forget the camera’s even there.
Because that’s when the real magic happens.

I live and work in Devon, surrounded by sea, cliffs, and rolling countryside — the perfect backdrop for love stories that are raw, real, and a little bit wild. I know this landscape like the back of my camera, and I use it to frame your story with colour and heart.
